Design Upload Terms

1. Ownership and License

By uploading designs, logos, or artwork to Solo Sports, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the uploaded content, or
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use the content
• The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

2. Grant of License

By uploading content, you grant Solo Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, and modify the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order
• Create mock-ups and production files
• Store the content for future orders and reference

3. File Requirements

For best results, please upload files that meet the following specifications:

• Vector formats preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF)
• High-resolution raster images (minimum 300 DPI)
• CMYK or Pantone color profiles for accurate color matching
• Text converted to outlines/paths

4. Content Restrictions

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains offensive, defamatory, or illegal material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

5. Third-Party Logos and Trademarks

If your design includes third-party logos or trademarks:

• You must provide proof of authorization to use them
• We reserve the right to request documentation before proceeding
• Unauthorized use may result in order cancellation without refund

6. Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded designs as confidential and will not:

• Share your designs with third parties without permission
• Use your designs for promotional purposes without consent
• Reproduce your designs for other customers

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect uploaded content. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of uploaded files.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain uploaded designs for:

• The duration of order fulfillment
• Future reorders and customer convenience
• Historical record keeping

You may request deletion of your designs by contacting us.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solo Sports harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your uploaded content
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Violation of these upload terms
