1. Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance by Solo Sports. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include GST unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3. Payment

Payment is required before production begins. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfer
• PayPal

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your complete credit card information.

4. Custom Orders

For custom teamwear orders:

• A detailed mock-up will be provided for your approval before production begins
• Changes to approved designs may incur additional fees and production delays
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products

5. Production Time

Production times vary depending on order complexity and current workload. Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of order. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Delivery

Delivery costs and timeframes will be confirmed at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products are manufactured to high standards. If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

8. Color Matching

While we strive for accurate color reproduction, slight variations may occur due to fabric type, printing process, and screen display differences. We use Pantone color matching for the most accurate results possible.

9. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that any designs, logos, or content you provide do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify Solo Sports against any claims arising from such infringement.
