Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Product does not match the approved specifications
- We made an error in production
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products that match approved specifications
- Products that have been used or worn (except for defect assessment)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
- Wait for return authorization before sending items back
- Return items in original packaging with all tags attached
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product variation, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will:
- Repair the item at no cost, or
- Replace the item with an identical product, or
- Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
7. Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Document the damage with photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue
8. Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you carefully review and approve all specifications before confirming your order.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled:
- Before production begins: Full refund minus any design fees
- After production begins: No refund available
